How Does The Top100 Work?

There are scripts that run everyday that grab the information for each website and rerank the sites.

If you watch the video in this post you can also see a “behind the scenes” look at how I administer my top100 list. Basically it’s a simple add/edit/delete interface for managing the blogs on the list.

The algorithm is changed almost weekly that ranks the blogs. It’s always tweaked.

How Do You Get Your Own Top100 List?

The script I use to make the Top100 here is available for everyone to use that becomes a member of MashupMoney.com

Each member gets 1 top100 list and no two members can create a list on the same topic. This prevents competition among members.
