I just always seem to get higher priced clicks when someone searches for “Kentucky doctor” instead of just “doctor” or higher clicks for “columbus, oh florist” instead of “florist” for examples.

It’s a themed site and you create a page that isn’t related to the theme. For instance if you have a banana site that ranks real well so you try and slip a mortgage page on the site to take advantage of the ranking power. This never works for me and probably hurts.
