I didn’t sit down with the spreadsheet today but I can tell you the few campaigns I ran this week ran red. Off the top of my head:

The betty crocker cookbook campaign: I was falling asleep watching that one. 58 clicks after over half of the week and no sales.

Gamefly.com - I actually got one sale but after 364 clicks I had spent more than double what I made:

Send Them Home

This week I’m going to try something different. Instead of following the conventional tutorial wisdom, I’m going to make an affiliate related post on 45n5.com and then send pay per click traffic here. This way even if I don’t get the sale I get the visitors ;)

I’m also going to make a video and try and have some fun. So in the end the promotion will be twofold: 1. ppc. 2. My landing page should get indexed organically and the video will be uploaded a bunch of places.

Look out on monday

Monday’s post will be on the product vista print. I recently ordered business cards from there (for the second time) and find the cards a decent quality for the price and number you get.

So this week I’ll also be promoting something I’ve actually touched ;)
