PSA - You Can Not Display Widgetbucks Earning Details - So says Chitika, em Adsense, WidgetBucks

Just a heads up, because I disclosed how WidgetBucks was working for me in detail the other day. That Is Not allowed.

I looked first in the TOS, but I reckon my eyes went crosseyed at the time I missed section 13, part b, after a few page scrolls. But wait a second, the WidgetBucks Terms of Service looks a little familiar, because:

LOL, Want to know what the terms are for WidgetBucks?

They are mostly the same as Chitika! Because WidgetBucks did a “find and replace” and simply took most of Chitika’s TOS and replaced every instance of Chitika with WidgetBucks.

What does Chitika think about disclosing CTR?

Confidentiality. Client agrees not to disclose Chitika’s Confidential Information without Chitika’s prior written consent. “Chitika Confidential Information” includes without limitation: (a) all Chitika software, technology, programming, technical specifications, materials, guidelines and documentation relating to the Program; (b) click-through rates or other statistics relating to Site performance in the Program provided to by Chitika; and

I wonder what WidgetBucks thinks about it?
