The online world is very small and the odds are that some of you are my direct competitors for making money online.
Yes You! I’ve never thought of you in that light until yesterday, so what do I do now? How do I know If I share a tip it isn’t going to be used against me?
For instance, I was exploring the electronics topic for making a website yesterday, when I had an idea that was worth mentioning, I stopped typing and thought to myself “I wonder how many people that read this post also have electronics sites in this niche?” Hmmmmmm.
Even worse I thought “If my competitor used this exact technique would I have a harder time ranking? Yes!”. No good.
It’s an interesting thought to have for any “make money online” blogger. Have you thought of it before? Are you arming your competitor with the ammunition to rank above you in the seo battle? Are you giving your competitor the details on how to get the next customer instead of you? All for free, on your blog?
If we aren’t arming our competitors with golden info I can only think:
You are like 99% of the other bloggers that keep the real juicy stuff to yourself and share the fluff as if it’s the juicy stuff.
Of course the internet is a great big wide world (or is it?), and of course YOU aren’t my direct competitor (or are you?), and this is just left field 45n5 opinion piece (or is it?)
